Mindfulness & Resilience Training Workshops
Mindfulness is a helpful tool, backed by brain science, that can be applied to any habit in our life to improve our efficiency, productivity and how we handle stress. We can’t usually control the stress that comes our way, but we can control how we respond to it. We just need the right tools.
I provide customized workshops based on the principles of mindfulness in order to help support and teach simple, practical, scientifically-backed exercises in both your work and home life.
Unlike mindfulness apps, participants will get human interaction to help stay accountable. Extra support is available where participants can ask questions and interact with each other and with me where I am available to answer individual questions via email, text, or phone call after a workshop or during an ongoing series. My goal is to teach skills that really stick. Not just a one-time workshop where the information is forgotten.
Based on your needs, your workshop can be 60 or 90 minutes or even a weekly series. I am available to facilitate these in person or through video conferencing. Let’s chat to see if I can support you.
